This Company was started by Mr. Jaikishan Damani in
the year 1994 as a trading firm in name of Opaque Chemicals dealing in
Chemicals and Polymers. Initially the firm has started trading in Titanium-
Di-Oxide, Calcium Carbonate, Metallic Stablizers etc. In the year 1996 the firm
had awarded the distributorship of M/s. Finolex Industries Ltd. Pune.
In 2000
the firm has been registered under companies act as Opaque Chemicals Pvt.Ltd.
and started all his operation under the same.
In year 2005 the company has
acquired one manufacturing unit named as Reaselack Polymers Pvt. Ltd. a PVC Pipe
manufacturing unit located at Wardha.
